Account and RFQ data
BuyBridge stores the account and procurement details you submit, including business contact details, delivery details, products selected, quantities, and quote notes. This data is used to operate your account, prepare RFQs, support sourcing, and maintain quotation history.
Operational logs
We keep limited operational logs such as request time, website errors, security events, and account actions to protect the platform, troubleshoot issues, and prevent misuse. These logs are not sold or used for unrelated advertising.
Cookies and local storage
BuyBridge uses browser storage for essential functions such as your quote cart and signed-in session. When Google Analytics is configured, it may use cookies or similar technologies to measure website traffic and improve page performance.
Data access
Access to buyer and RFQ data is restricted to authorised BuyBridge personnel and service providers who need it to operate the platform. Direct public access to the BuyBridge database is not permitted.
Retention and deletion requests
