RFQ-based pricing
BuyBridge operates on an RFQ-first model. Product pages may show “Best rate” or other indicative labels, but final pricing is issued only in an official quotation after quantity, product specification, delivery location, availability, and tax requirements are reviewed.
Minimum order quantities
Catalogue pack sizes and minimum order quantities are set for business buying. Final supplier packaging, product variation, or quantity requirements may be confirmed or adjusted in the quotation before an order is accepted.
Taxes and delivery
GST, freight, handling, delivery charges, and any applicable charges are communicated in the official quotation. Whether a rate includes or excludes GST or delivery is stated in that quotation, not assumed from the website.
Quote validity
Quotations may be valid for a limited period due to supplier pricing and stock availability. BuyBridge may revise a quotation before order confirmation if material pricing, stock, delivery, or legal requirements change.
Payment and cancellation
Payment terms, order confirmation, cancellation terms, returns, and replacements depend on the confirmed product and supplier arrangement and are stated in the official quotation or order document.
