When you create a buyer account, request a quotation, or contact BuyBridge, we may collect your name, business name, work email, phone number, delivery location, GST details you provide, product selections, quantities, and quotation notes.
How we use information
We use this information to prepare and manage RFQs, respond to sourcing requests, coordinate delivery requirements, maintain buyer profiles, and improve BuyBridge services. We do not sell personal information.
Sharing
Information is shared only when needed to process your procurement request, such as with our internal sourcing and operations team or suppliers involved in fulfilling a requested quote. We require business partners to use the information only for the relevant request.
Security and retention
We use access controls and server-side protections to safeguard buyer data. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. We retain RFQ and account information for business operations, compliance, dispute handling, and service continuity.
Analytics
BuyBridge may use website analytics to understand page usage and improve the site. Analytics are enabled only after BuyBridge configures its measurement service.
