RFQ-first service
BuyBridge provides a B2B catalogue and quotation-request platform. Catalogue information, availability, and rate labels are indicative. A submitted RFQ is a request for a quotation, not an accepted order or confirmed sale.
Quotes and orders
Final pricing, minimum order quantities, taxes, delivery terms, payment terms, specifications, and availability are confirmed in the official quotation or order communication. BuyBridge may revise or decline requests where supply, delivery, or compliance requirements cannot be met.
Buyer responsibilities
You must provide accurate business, billing, delivery, and contact information. You must not misuse the platform, attempt to access another account, interfere with the service, upload harmful content, or use the catalogue for unlawful activity.
Intellectual property
BuyBridge branding, catalogue presentation, website content, and software are protected by applicable law. You may use the site to evaluate and request business procurement services, not to copy or republish the platform content without permission.
Service availability
We work to keep BuyBridge available, but service may be interrupted for maintenance, supplier changes, or technical issues. We are not liable for indirect business losses arising from unavailable or changing catalogue information.
